SAUTÉED RAINBOW CARROTS & GREEN BEANS

ingredients
- 12oz 4Earth Farms™ Rainbow Carrots
- 12oz 4Earth Farms Green Beans
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Kosher Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
directions
- Bring a pan of water to a boil.
- Add carrots and green beans and boil for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and drain. Immediately plunge into an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the carrots and green beans. Toss well and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with dried oregano, Kosher salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately.
Honey Roasted Carrots and Brussels Sprouts

- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. fine ground sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. honey
