Sautéed Rainbow Carrots and Green Beans

SAUTÉED RAINBOW CARROTS & GREEN BEANS​

ingredients

  • 12oz 4Earth Farms™ Rainbow Carrots
  • 12oz 4Earth Farms Green Beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil

directions

  1.  Bring a pan of water to a boil. 
  2. Add carrots and green beans and boil for about 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp. 
  3. Remove from heat and drain. Immediately plunge into an ice bath to stop the cooking process. 
  4. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. 
  5. Add the carrots and green beans. Toss well and sauté for about 2 to 3 minutes. 
  6. Season with dried oregano, Kosher salt, and black pepper. Serve immediately.

  • 1 lb. 4Earth Farms™ Organic or Conventional Brussels Sprouts
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. fine ground sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
