Baby Bok Choy

Sautéed Baby Bok Choy

 Prep Time: 2 Minutes | Cook Time: 8 Minutes | Servings: 4

ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) 4Earth Farms™ Baby Bok Choy,
    roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger, and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the bok choy, stir to coat with the oil, and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the water and salt, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes, until the bok choy is soft.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve.
