Baby Bok Choy

Sautéed Baby Bok Choy

ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tsp. avocado oil (more if needed)
  • 1 pound 4Earth Farms baby bok choy, 3 to 4, halved
  • Seasame seeds for topping

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, water, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. 
  2. Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half of the bok choy, cut side down, sear until browned on each side. Remove, add more oil to the pan, add more bok choy and repeat. 
  3. Add all the seared bok choy back to the pan and add the sauce. Toss, then cover and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a platter, spinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
