8 ounces of full-fat brick cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 slices bacon, cut in half
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat and set aside.
Cut the Jalapeño Peppers in half lengthwise; remove seeds and center membrane, set aside.
Using a handheld or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, and paprika together until combined.
Spoon fill each of Jalapeño halves with the mixture.
Place a piece of the bacon on the prepared Jalapeño and secure with toothpick. Place each on the baking sheet and bake for 25-28 minutes until the bacon is cooked
